I'm a resume writer, blogger and author who specializes in helping creative professionals achieve their career goals. I'm President of Blue Sky Resumes, co-founder of the group blog Career Hub and author of a series of e-books on resume writing and careers.

Before starting my company, I worked my way up the corporate ranks as an HR executive. I’ve seen boom times and bad times, been through layoffs (on both sides of the desk) and hired more people than I care to remember. It’s this experience that helped me develop my unique approach to resume writing – an approach that has helped thousands of people find great new jobs. In 2010, I was honored to have the opportunity to help Oprah Magazine make over the careers of 4 deserving women.

When I'm not running my business, I'm usually painting, drawing, working in my garden or walking in the beautiful English countryside where I now live.
