There are things we love and are very good at. For instance I'm good at creating Updo's Haircuts Hairstyles, Facial massage.I like a very clean tidy salon. upbeat friendly,diversity, professional respect with client and coworkers. Training is a must . I am looking for a salon that is a positive envirorment for all. a Support system a team player. I am humble I am a great listener and I am a great talker which makes me good with people and sales. And I care about people. I don't want a 35 years in this business. Cosmetoligist burnt out and negative. And want to Ruin my new shine. And yes I can say that because I'm mature. If u go in a salon get an employee that has tarot. or esp card or thinks they really can read your mind. Run. Lol keep on looking. 🌷
