I'm at my happiest when enjoying a coffee and a good book; the power of the written word has always enchanted me. For as long as I can remember I've wanted to write and spend my waking life living in those far off fantastical places found between the covers on the precious pages of a good book.

Second to the pleasure of reading and writing is my love for landscape photography, and I was blessed with the perfect weather to visit the summit of Mount Snowden in Wales and the opportunity to take some once-in-a-lifetime pictures.

Currently studying at the Open University and working towards a BA Honours degree in English Language and Literature, my time is divided between studying, reading and writing.

I'm not religious in the usual sense of the word, but I do have a strong belief in the power of nature and hold a deep respect for the myriad of deities which have been worshipped throughout humanity's existence. I also have a keen interest in the occult, mythology and folklore; from Greek to Norse and plenty in-between, not forgetting those home-grown legends from our own lush island.
