I never felt enough, I believed everything could be controlled and calculated in my head and that hard work equalled success even if it meant ill health along the way. I experienced much of both, together with a whole load of self loathing. Feeling empty on the inside, my life was a constant search for external validation by people pleasing and over giving. I was continually exhausted.

Applauded for my success, the life I had under control threatened to come crashing down when my father died. Seeking help, I learned another way.

Our hearts and intuition really do know best.

25 years of later, I love myself and don’t need anyone to do it for me (although it’s lovely when they do) I enjoy inner peace and have created a life I love.
