Louis is a diverse leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and over thirty years of experience building business, sales and organizational teams. He has operational experience with the SMB market, Fortune 500 corporations, and non-profit organizations. His operational and sales expertise includes Military avionics, oilfield technology & operations, electronics, information technology solutions, financial & investment services and mobile Web\App\Marketing solutions. Louis’ passion is business and strategy development where he applies exceptional skills in team development, professional networking, marketing, sales, social media and process improvement. He is well-known for his leadership and generous support of local commercial and civic organizations. He is widely respected for his tireless application of interpersonal skills, high integrity and motivational leadership to coach others and inspire individual growth, team participation and success. Louis is currently the Managing Director the Loumar Group. Prior to joining Loumar Group, Louis established and built several businesses in the technology, marketing, social media and financial services arena. He worked at Halliburton for 16 years in engineering, training and management roles where he supported worldwide technical operations of the Wireline division. Louis has traveled the globe and prior to Halliburton, served in the United States Navy in advanced electronic and avionic roles. Louis currently serves as Treasurer of Calvin Nelms Charter Schools and on the AIU IT Advisory board. He is involved with the Houston West Chamber of Commerce, Houston Interactive Marketing Association, American Marketing Association, InHouston and the Houston Technology Center. In the past he has held Leadership roles with the National Space and Technology Association, Houston Business Force, Grand Parkway BNI Chapter and Katy Elks Lodge. He served on the Board of Directors for the Katy Chamber of Commerce and various steering committees for Katy Independent School District, Galleria Chamber of Commerce, Greater Houston Partnership, Houston Minority Business Council and Texas State Technical College.
