To some, change is of essence to achieve fullfilment. To many, it can be a price too heavy to pay, and remain stuck in old paradigms, wasting their potential. This cycle can be broken quite easily, to my amazement as I have brought major changes for the better in my life even as I rapidly approach the age of 80 !
