Greetings, I’m Louis. I’m a Safe-Working Manager living in Merrylands, Australia. I am into the rail industry, entrepreneurship and innovation. I’m also interested in web development and technology.

I have been in the Rail Industry for 12 years with various management positions in all facets of the industry. I've been 6 years in coordinating and training Worksite Protection Officers. I was also into Training and OHS Manager in Rail Infrastructure Business for 4 years. And on a daily basis, I do Liaising with RailCorp regarding plant and equipment; and working on planning and placing personnel for safe working with clients. Additionally, I do carrying out workplace inspections, toolbox meetings and completing Workplace Risk Assessments.

I am a Certified 4 in Training and Assessment. I also have a well-developed leadership and a Project Management skills which includes all facets of contract management; from selling the business, resolving human resource solutions, managing performance, and profitability within the tight deadlines.
