Hi. I am an MD with strong background in computational physics.

Currently I am a PhD Candidate in machine learning and computational physics.

Have studied a postgraduate Master of Science in Nanotechnology and Nanosciences. Big things have small beginnings.

I am experienced in machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised learning with K-means clustering, collaborative filtering, anomaly detection) using custom scripts in Octave and the shogun package. I share some of my experience through my blog at BigDataSaga.com

My Data analysis skills are primaribly with Python and I am proficient in SQL. Moreover I love the D3js.org visualizations with Javascript to convey elegant lean messages after performing data analysis.

I would say that my strong point though is excellent communication and team working skills.

Deeply entrepreneurial and team player I have recently founded a start up Genetium . I experienced the entrepreneurial rollercoaster as a founder and programmer which I am addicted to. Met so many interesting people and had so many fantastic experiences. Already missed it.
