Inspired by my husband, Stan, and our daughter, Madeline, my greatest joy is loving my family and nourishing them with nutritious, delicious, homemade meals.

I hope to inspire others by sharing my journey through raising a growing, thriving, healthy daughter and my experiences with breastfeeding, baby led weaning, and all things attachment parenting.
