Lovelace Schirmer is an Entrepreneur, Economist and HR expert married to Rudolf Schirmer Ampofo-Domfeh. She is the co-Founder of The Rudolf & Schirmers Enterprises and it’s member companies; The Schirmer Investments Ltd and Format Builders & Contractors Ltd.

She obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Geography from the University of Ghana, and is now a certified chartered economists. She currently works as the Executive Vice President and HR Director of the Enterprises and acting CEO of The Schirmer Investments Ltd. She also serves on a number of boards and committees of the group.
