As we all know, our biggest organ is our Skin, which needs to be taken care of through moisturizing and hydration. Many people don’t realize that cleansing with cheap, harsh skin care products can actually cause further damage to their skin. Sure, you want to clean off the dirt, bacteria, and pollutants that you come in contact with, but you don’t want to replace that dirt with chemicals that can be absorbed into your body.

We did our own research into skin conditions. We read books, searched the Internet, and talked to doctors. This began our official journey into the world of soap and skincare. What we found was that some of the chemicals are harsh and can damage our skin. Mass-produced soaps are often made by combining detergents, lathering agents, and synthetic ingredients and can, by definition, not be called soap (make sure the label actually says soap).
