As an IT Specialist at the University of Waterloo, I am an experienced Windows systems administrator specializing in desktop support, user education, Active Directory management and software distribution. I am actively involved in soccer, serving on the Ontario Soccer Association's Referee Development Committee and as a Provincial Instructor.
