Lowinn Kibbey

Lowinn Kibbey is President of North America and Chief Commercial Officer at Cynosure Lutronic, where he leads a $500M+ medical aesthetics business following the 2024 merger of Cynosure and Lutronic by Hahn and Company. He oversees more than 400 people across sales, marketing, service, and eCommerce in the region.

Over more than 20 years, Kibbey has built, turned around, and scaled businesses with P&Ls ranging from $20M to $500M+ across medical devices, aesthetics, and consumer health. He has operated in both Fortune 50 and private equity environments, with functional experience spanning R&D, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and general management. Earlier in his career, he held four successive leadership roles at Johnson and Johnson over 13 years, including Global President of the Human Performance Institute, Vice President of Business Transformation for J&J's $13B Consumer sector, and Managing Director of Vision Care ASEAN.

Kibbey holds an Executive MBA from Saint Louis University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. He completed Finance for Executives at the University of Chicago. He began his career as a chemical engineer at DuPont. He is also co-founder and CEO of Fyli, an AI-enhanced family storytelling platform.
