Prior to Hackett, I worked twenty years in the Information Technology industry holding various positions including Project Manager, System Architect, Business Analyst, and Lead Developer.
European Food & Beverage Manufacturer: Conducted best practice assessment workshops to harmonize multiple plant locations into a common payroll processes model. Completed payroll organizational model including COE, SSC, ESS and MSS for France; developed a SSC implementation strategy and plan, and business case. This model has been adopted and is being replicated worldwide.
Project Manager | Functional Consultant for a Workbrain 5.x to Workbrain 6.x upgrade. Led consulting team and client personnel through entire upgrade process. Responsible for managing system enhancements, test management, client training, deployment and reporting to senior leadership governance board.
Project Lead /Architect for the implementation of Workbrain 5.0 including Scheduling, Time & Attendance, Balance Management, Leave Management, Payroll and SAP integration for a large manufacturing client. Gathered requirements by conducting all interviews and workshops, creating all documentation, and analyzing results. Provided end to end designed delivering a flexible custom solutions meeting client business requirements. Designed and implemented several complex pay rules to accommodate the client’s business requirements. Iteration Testing; provided clients with best practice recommendations to effectively execute all stages of testing. Supported the client with extensive on the job training for the customer on the Workbrain system.
