Lizzie Rosendaul

Hello, my name is Lizzie Rosendaul. I was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky where my passion for healthy living began. In 2011, many tests were run and resulted to I was allergic to gluten, corn, peanuts, walnuts, and bananas. My lifestyle changed upside down in one day and gained a whole new understanding for healthy eating. Today, I attend the Univeristy of Kentucky where I plan to major in Public Health and a minor in Health Promotion where I can help children who went through what I went through and help them gain a knowledge for healthy eating and living a healthy lifestyle that will continue into their later lives.
