He hasbeen Senior Director of Property & Asset Management for theMidwest Region at Tishman Speyer since November 2007. He was firstemployed as the company’s Property Manager at the Chicago office inAugust 2000. As the Property Manager, Lenny contributed to theunderwriting for the 6M RSF EOP/Blackstone Chicago - Tishman Speyeracquisition. He negotiated parking agreements for the Chicago region,which resulted in an increase in net operating income by $5 millionper year. Lenny was able to minimize portfolio operating expenses by$1.81 psf within 90 days of purchase by implementing Tishman Speyerpolicies and standards and identifying inefficiencies in the existingsystem. He also assisted in an $8 million dollar lobby redevelopmentat 200 West Madison, a remarkable achievement that earned the AIAaward and a TOBY award for “Redevelopment of the year 2007”.

LennySciascia developed a building transition strategy for allacquisitions, aside from developing business plans. He managed theinternal/external reporting requirements for lenders and Fund IV, Vand VI investors. Employing his passion for excellence, Lenny wasable to implement effective measures on profit and loss for allcapital projects and operating budgets. In a dual capacity asProperty Manager/Assistant Manager at Tishman Speyer, Mr. Sciasciamanaged a total of eleven assets. As a valuable front line man forthe firm, Lenny conducted strategy meetings regularly with differentownership entities and Senior Management for each asset.
