Hi, I am Lukas, a musician and economist from Switzerland. I am passionate about applying human centred design to tackle complex problems. Through creative empowerment and fostering common understanding I help teams and myself to gain insights and craft clarity. Always in search for a magical balance between business and art, structure and chaos, intuition and logic, playfulness and formality.

In my opinion innovation management is about more than just planning new products, services, brand extensions, technological inventions, or novelties. It‘s about imagining, organizing, mobilizing, and competing in new ways. I love doing it and try to make collaborative work more fun, entertaining and interesting to raise collective productivity.
