Not an IITian nor an IIMian a passionate enthusiast who strongly believes in "Nothing stands in the way of strong Will and Determination". A professional who with a vision to do some great work in the field of technical education stepped into the hardcore life of an entrepreneur by quitting her job. It was after 10 months of my job in a startup that made me realise that not only the energy of fresh graduates need to be tapped in the right direction but also the challenge of hiring the right talent for Startup needs to curbed.I pitched my idea to few of my clients who showed belief in me and invested in my idea of <<MONOGRAPH DIGITAL>>, thereafter I sat with graduates, spoke to them, understood their concerns for their career and showed them the right path in order to soar high and then empowered them to have confidnce and do something GREAT in their lives. Having faced challenges in building a strong career made me get into this field of education. My core strength lies in developing training programs for colleges and universities ranging from IPuniversity, Mahamaya Technical University, Uttar Pradesh Technical University and Maharishi Dayanand University. My greatest achievemnt lies in abridging the gap from Academics to Corporates(startups).

With this vision of abridging the gap between the institutions and the corporates I intent to create talent for the startup community. What started as an idea to find and curate great talent for technology companies, initially, has now transformed into a mission to seize the nationwide skills development opportunity. Education & training is a sunrise industry given the demographic construct of our working economy. It is only obvious that if there is an existing dearth of skills manpower, you stop searching and start nurturing the talent that there. Hence, the idea of developing courses on various technology related platforms relevant to the publishing sector came about.
