LTD Global had its humble beginnings at the loft of Lili Tarachand’s home in 2003, right after the dot com bust. During that time, Lili came to realize that she was tired of putting her career in the hands of her employer and decided to have more control over her future. Using her background in accounting and HR, she started to provide consulting services to a handful of small business owners and non-profits.
