Lauren Theresa Kamas

Hello there and thanks for visiting my page!

My name is Lauren Kamas and I'm a proud University of Kentucky graduate. I received a B.S. in Integrated Strategic Communications, primarily focusing on public relations and creative work. I'm an eager young professional seeking a job in the marketing, public relations, advertising and/or publications field and feel that I have a lot to offer!

I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, along with my amazing boyfriend, Michael, and our dog, Ralph. I also love to read--right now I'm about finished with the book, Inside of a Dog: What Dogs See, Smell, and Know by Alexandra Horowitz and I'm about to start #GIRLBOSS by Sophia Amoruso.

I'm also pretty outdoorsy and enjoy hiking and camping. I love sports--espeically UK Basketball. And my father is a die-hard horse racing enthustist so I've come to learn a lot about the sport and love it, too. Derby is by far my favorite day of the year!

I'm a half-glass full kind of girl, believer in Karma and live by the words of Winston Churchill, "We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give."
