With over 15 years of strategic and operation HR experience I have combined my passion for people and employee relations with my passion for Christian principles and values in the workplace. Bringing truth, integrity and unity to the people, performance and purpose of businesses to transform workplaces and the customer experience.
Having seen the damaging affects of protracted conflict I qualified as a workplace mediator and then a community mediator. Working to restore relationships and replace division and anomosity with unity and stability.
With a love for Christ, my three sons, two cats, photography, volunteering, mission work and Cornwall, I love travelling and occasionally I have time to ride my motorbike in the beautiful Derbyshire countryside.
Creating unity and connecting the people, performance and purpose to develop business practices and outcomes is the way I get to do what I love with and for people who need it.
