About
Lucy Morgan is an award-winning Copywriter with over three years of advertising experience. She is currently listed as #27 on Best Ads global creative rankings for 2013.
Lucy has won a string of awards, including an RSVP & NEXUS Marketer of the Year Award, an ORCA (Outstanding Radio Creativity), Integrated Young Spikes Fairfax Award, a Bronze Cannes Lion for PR and a Grand Prix for Media at Spikes Asia Creativity Festival.
She entered the advertising industry with guns blazing. Representing New Zealand in Singapore, competing against other up and coming creatives (from Japan, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Jakarta and Melbourne).
After just one year working at TBWA, Lucy was invited to Chiat Day in Los Angeles to share digital concepts for Adidas with advertising's "art director guru", Lee Clow.
In late 2013 she won 5k worth of media spend from the The NZ Radio Bureau for NZ Girl (a social based magazine for New Zealand women), in efforts to raise awareness of safe sex. This included the inception of a groundbreaking anonymous survey, revealing new data about the psychosocial behaviour of women in regards to sexual health, well-being and self-esteem.
As part of her "Goodbye Silo" ethos, she believes there's no such thing as pure broadcast anymore; that transparency and authentic conversation is key.
