Luai Bashir

Luai Bashir is a Minnesota-based IT service professional who works across the financial services, banking and insurance industries. In his work, Luai Bashir is responsible for a range of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) services. He also specializes in CMDB, Business Service Mapping, and Cloud Management.

During his career, Mr. Bashir has developed experience in a wide range of IT delivery processes, with many of these focusing on ServiceNow’s modules--including EMS tools such as Perspectium and Snaplogic. In his current role, he is also responsible for ITSM process re-engineering, implementing integration best practices, and other related tasks.

Before starting his career, Mr. Bashir studied at Minnesota State University, from which he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in computer science and math. Since 2010, he has held ITIL Service Lifecycle certification, having completed a variety of required courses for the credential--including Service Strategy and Design, Transition and Operation, and Continual Service Improvement.
