I have lived in Dubai since August 2009. I joined the Move One team in May 2010. My main responsibility at Move One is managing the marketing and PR department. I am living in Dubai with my husband and 4 of my 5 children. My eldest child is 14 years old and in the UK at boarding school. My children attend the Lycee International in Dubai. I came to Dubai because of my husband’s career. I currently live right near the Mall of Emirates in a neighbourhood called Al Barsha. In my spare time I enjoy dragon boating, running, spending time with my family and friends, and taking advantage of all the wonderful opportunities Dubai offers me. Whenever I have visitors, I always take them to the Mango Tree restaurant to watch the Dubai Fountains followed by by Mai Tais at the Bahri Bar in the Mina al Salam Hotel where we can look onto the sea and the Burj al Arab. My favourite restaurant in Dubai is Nobu, however, this year I am on a mission to visit as many different restaurants as possible. In the next year I would like to run a marathon – preferably the Dubai or London Marathon. When I think of my home country, I miss my daughter who is there attending boarding school since September 2010.
