Over the past decade, I've worked across technology, hospitality, operations, and defense environments helping teams modernize workflows, simplify complexity, and turn disconnected processes into scalable systems people actually use.

My background sits at the intersection of enterprise transformation, AI enablement, operational excellence, and digital modernization. I've led initiatives spanning workflow redesign, governance frameworks, automation programs, executive reporting ecosystems, and global service operations.

Most recently, I’ve focused on transformation initiatives within defense and enterprise environments — designing performance systems and helping organizations improve visibility, decision-making, and execution.

Before that, I spent years building and scaling programs in high-growth environments where I led initiatives involving AI, service excellence, operational strategy, and cross-functional transformation.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring ideas around hospitality, product design, travel experiences, and the future of how people interact with technology. I’m particularly interested in building products and systems that create simpler and more meaningful experiences.
