I have a valuable experience in events and sales in which I have always been appreciated by my managers as I showed to be reliable and as I have reached and exceeded the company’s targets.

I have strong interpersonal and communication skills due to my personality. In fact, I am outgoing or respectful when it is needed in relation to the setting and the person that I am dealing with. I am able to do that due to my empathy that enables me to spot other’s personalities and to find the key for gaining their trust.

I'm driven by passion as I put 100% of myself into work. For me it is a daily challenge where I want to win and where I want to learn how to win better. That's why I cannot cope anymore with managers' mentality of "Luca, maybe you are doing too much, why don’t you chill a bit? What you’re doing is more than asked and I don’t want to do more than I have been asked to”. Since when striving for excellence is an issue? I might be a dreamer and suddenly I will wake up and understand that’s just how the world works, that I might change my mind-set… but I refuse to believe it as I want to work with passion and, as I'm passionate, sufficiency will never be my goal!

I live in Rome after living abroad for almost four years, but I consider myself a world citizen hence ready to pick up a new challenge anywhere. During this time I have done several working experiences while I graduated and post-graduated. I reached an enviable English fluency and work proficiency in Spanish and French. I have worked in office settings where I had to wear suit and tie and on the field with jeans and t-shirt. I am adaptable, I am a team worker but I also love taking initiative on my own. I like to be given responsibilities as I constantly think about work, about how I have done things and how I can do it better (I do no longer have a girlfriend for that!)
