His responsibilities include artistic direction, entertainment strategy, talent sourcing, contract, negotiation, supplier management, budget planning, cost control, operational oversight and quality assurance.

He regularly coordinates multidisciplinary teams composed of performers, technicians, audio-visual suppliers, production companies and hospitality professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of entertainment programs aligned with the highest international standards.

As an entrepreneur operating companies in both Italy and the United Arab Emirates, he has developed strong expertise in business administration, stakeholder communication, budgeting, procurement, supplier negotiations and operational planning. His ability to bridge creative vision with commercial objectives has enabled him to build long-term relationships with leading luxury brands, hospitality operators and private clients.

With more than twelve years of experience within the luxury hospitality and entertainment industry, Luca has worked extensively across Dubai, Porto Cervo, Bodrum, Monte Carlo, Switzerland and Italy, delivering entertainment solutions for some of the world’s most exclusive destinations, private villas, superyachts and high-profile international events.
