Hi there 👋🏻
My name is Luca Macera. I am a Montreal native, living in Toronto for school. I am studying at Ryerson University in the Creative Industries program approaching the end of my second year. For all those wondering 'what's that?', it's essentially a combination of art and business. The program has allowed me to academically study my passion for music, social media and fashion by taking courses in the music and media industry, as well as adding a minor in the fashion industry.
While pursuing my studies, I am also a part-time worker at the Hudson’s Bay Company, selling women's shoewear. I have acquired retail experience for the past 4 years, previously working for Zara as a responsible. Through my experience in retail, I learnt to develop good people skills by interacting with customers and colleagues. The fast-paced environment at Zara has also made me an efficient and fast worker.
In my spare time I enjoy relaxing with friends, hanging out with music and a bottle of wine. I also look forward to any weekend I can take to travel back home to Montreal where my mother spoils me with a freshly cleaned bed and home made food. I also enjoy teaching myself unique cooking recipes and taking on personal projects such as co-curating an art show put on by a close friend of mine.
