Luca’s own musical journey began in Southern Italy in a small town of the Calabria region in southern Italy, he moved to Florence in his teens, and later to London where he lived for several years before relocating to San Francisco in 2011.
Luca plays a diversity of music from pop and rock to jazz, he is also inspired by Brazilian/latin jazz and blues genres, and many of his compositions exhibit these influences.
His ability to be comfortable in a variety of musical contexts have made him the guitarist of choice for fellow musicians and clients alike.
Luca divides his time between composing and performing live with his band as well as playing solo shows.
Over the years Luca has developed his own distinctive style in playing simultaneously rhythms, bass lines, harmony and melody on the guitar, simulating a whole band.
He also plays ukulele, bass guitar and percussions among other instruments.
