Lucas Kane

Lucas Kane brings leadership roles at the highest levels of real estate to his career as an Associate Broker with the Chandler office of United Brokers Group. A newcomer to Arizona, Lucas originally earned his license in Northeast Washington in 2006. Since his arrival in Greater Phoenix, Lucas has cultivated a reputation as an expert in this area’s residential properties. His client base includes buyers and sellers in local and international transactions. Lucas also puts his SFR certification to work with parties involved in short sales and foreclosures.

Just three years into his real estate career, Lucas began dedicating his time to boards and associations that influence the industry. Notably, he has served on the Washington REALTORS® Board of Directors. He also represented the Northeast Washington Association of REALTORS® as a Delegate to the National Association of REALTORS®, voting on by-laws and policy amendments. His other achievements include serving as both a Washington REALTORS® Education Trustee and as Chairman of the Washington REALTORS® Education Marketing Sub-Committee in 2012. Later in the same year, Lucas transitioned seamlessly into the Valley real estate market – earning his Associate Broker’s license in Arizona.

Prior to his life in real estate, Lucas was a United States Army Medic and later worked in Operations Management for United Parcel Service (UPS). These experiences reinforced the work ethic, integrity, ability to handle pressure, and honesty that Lucas’ clients cite as strengths in his current career.

Marketing properties is one his favorite aspects of real estate. He adds that he finds it rewarding to educate his clients – helping them to pinpoint their wants and needs, and then guiding them through the buying and selling process.

When he isn’t consulting with buyers and sellers, Lucas enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends. He’s also an avid reader, enjoys exercise, golf, wine tasting, and cooking.
