Travelling and a love of food is my motivation for opening a restaurant in the future. Through my travel experiences in Africa and Europe I have come across many diverse cuisines and people, both of which have influenced me personally and professionally. My dream is to own and manage a restaurant and to bring happiness and joy to customers, family and friends through friendly service and good food, in a similar way to my experiences abroad.
