My endowment is the ability to listen and understand people and organizations from subtle signals and hints. It evolved through my professional and personal life experience but was there from the inception of it all.

Sense and meaning lay at the roots of problems in organizations, where people lose track of the essence of what they are living through, due to mismanagement and inaptitude to feel and sense.

My professional embodiment is as full professor of Organization Theory and Human Resource Management in Italy, but I perceive myself as a Corporate Sensemaker at every latitude.
