A little about me; I was born in Seattle and raised, predominantly, in Eugene, Oregon. I went through some college there and learned a bit about recording and mixing music, all the while doing computer graphics for random t-shirts and DJ friends' self-released demos in my free time. As with most people in their early 20s doing a job they didn't care for, I packed up shop and moved all the way to Winter Park Florida (basically Orlando) to study more in depth audio stuff at Full Sail University. After school finshed, I moved out to San Francisco (FYI, no one there calls it "SF" or "Frisco") to work at a now sadly defunct audio post production studio in the Financial District of downtown by the name of Crescendo! Studios. I got to work with some incredible companies and help with recording, mixing, and sound design for a huge number of ads including many national and international spots for companies like Google, Cheetos, Microsoft, Rubio's, Kingston Charcoal, Robert Mondavi, and many others.

My passions for creating dynamic and interesting digital graphics never flagged and I soon found myself more and more interested in the intricacies of intellectual property law and so moved back up to Oregon with the intent of going back to school. The more and more people I spke with in the field, the more and more I realized that while I love the theory, I don't want to spend my days doing that sort of work all the time. What I really wanted was to find something that could take advantage of my knowledge of not only the process of campaign planning graphics and layout, writing, production, post production, etc. Beyond that, I also revel in the minutiae of some of the more tedius matters of advertising like customer retention, market penetration techniques, online promotions, and job tracking.

I still wholeheartedly love recording and mixing music in addition to doing post production as well as sound design. I also still love photography and often use it as a base for digital paintings.

I presently reside with my partner and our two children in Portland, Oregon and absolutely love it here! I do freelance work but am avidly searchign for ways to expand into commercial production and creation. During the summer, I volunteer for Rock-Med events through several event medicine companies including White Bird where I do work doing crisis counseling and interventions.
