I am Lucas Maia Pires, who graduated in Architecture and Urbanism in 2018, which made me follow this path. I'm used to representing myself using tools of modeling, design, and programming, always seeking to learn and evolve.

I like to have freedom in my work, that is why I choose to be a Freelancer, so I can work with different brands and acquire a diverse amount of experience.
I've already worked in some offices before, and although those experiences helped me learn how to work in collaboration, I never really got used to the 40-hour workweek, then every time I switched back to freelancing.

In my journey, I've learned to work with a wide variety of software, but I choose to excel in just a few, always exploring the best way to achieve faster results.
In the beginning, my knowledge was based on SketchUp and AutoCAD, as well as some rendering software.

I started using Revit in 2016 to deliver college projects, then I noticed the amazingness of using the BIM methodology (Building Information Modeling), with all the information grouped in just one place, saving a lot of time.
Since then I pursued many courses and tutorials to improve my abilities in Revit, nowadays I consider myself a savant in it, and I'm looking to acquire new types of knowledge.

My presence in the market is mainly based on the development and coordination of technical projects (franchises, retail stores, enterprises) and also Design/3D representations.
