He typically focuses on social, environmental, and humanitarian issues, and through a combination of still images and the written word he brings international attention to stories that are often underreported by the mainstream media.
Luc’s images and writing have been featured in The New York Times, TIME, Al Jazeera, The LA Times, ABC News, and NBC News, among others. His humanitarian clients include Handicap International, the Cambodian Mine Action Centre, The GAVI Alliance, and The Deaf Development Program, among others.
Luc is based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia and is a collaborating member of the Ruom Collective as well as an associate filmmaker at Wandering Cameras. He is available for international reportage, editorial, and travel assignments.
