I grew up in the southern part of Brazil, Porto Alegre. It was and still is a very special city. In the 60's and 70's it was a very prominent city, colonized by Italians and Germans, very sophisticated, focused on education, work ethics, music and growth. I left at the age of 21 and lived in Europe, Hawaii and New York. I have 3 beautiful children. I opened two cafe- restaurants, among other things. I owned a very special cafe/bistro in the heart of downtown NYC for 16 years. I devoted a huge part of my life to learn about myself and human behavior. In the process of training and coaching my employees I noticed that I had a natural gift to encourage, motivate and help others. I love to write, to read and interact with people from different walks of life.
