I have developed an intense international experience of successful turnaround management as well as start-up of several SME’s and have invented EsmachLab, the smart bakery concept for flour professionals and bakery lovers.
With great passion, for the last five years I have been dealing with food equipment and, with absolute tenacity, determination and deep respect for the people, I am managing Esmach SpA, historical company in bread and pizza delivery equipment.
My previous assignments in Italy, China and Greece, include the turnaround of a metal forging company within Forgital Groupand the start-ups of Sordina S.r.l.and Cross S.r.l. (electro-medical appliances for hospital and relevant services, 1999-2005) as CEO and at Socotherm (pipe coating, 1991-1998) at different job level responsibilities, the last one as COO.
I am open minded, an assertive internationalist and with a young at hearth attitude I am naturally curious about people and different cultures and like exploring them with passion and care. I am a skier, a walker, a biker, a yogi and an independent traveller. I share with my wife the joy and the responsibility of steering a crew of three lovely children, a dog and a cat.
