I am interested applying technology to solve problems in libraries, educational settings and digital archives.

I have more than 10 years experience in a reference library, including managing mid-scale digital archives projects and teams, decision-making, conservation, public services and reference. I have advanced knowledge of digital asset managent (CMS, Xinet), Mac OS X support (Apple Certified Technical Coordinator 10.6), desktop support, installing hardware/software, blackberry, iphone and android phone support. I am experienced with metadata standards, XML, and creating photoshop/DAM compliant custom metadata panels.

I have experience in supervising staff, project management, and tutoring and training professionals and students. My technical skills includes advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop CS5. I am proficient with Keynote and Powerpoint. I am also skilled in web and print design (CSS, XHTML), usability engineering, social networking, and Final Cut Pro.
