I have been working in the hospitality industry like assistant manager and supervisor the last few years and I have developed a passion for providing top-quality customer service and contributing to a unforgettable experiences.

I've been involved with creating procedures, controlling tasks, supervising and documenting activities for hotel business, managing and coordinate groups, developing social network to increase sales of the hotel capturing people on the different networks, controlling social media reputaion, CRM and networking.

My personal hobbies are travelling, photography, design, reading, listening to music and going to the theatre and cinema.
