My name is Lucia Rodriguez. I'm live and work in the East Bay Area. After graduating high school in 2008, I attended Professional Culinary Institute in Campbell, Ca. I completed the PCI Baking and Pastry program in 2009. After PCI, I started working in the baking industry gaining on-the-job experience. I specialize in vegan cakes and pastries. I am currently working as a custom cake decorator in Fremont. I am also working towards an A.A Degree in Business Supervision/Management at Ohlone College.
