Listen to my music

Hello! Thanks for checking out my page.

I'd like to completely put myself out there in this bio.

This is me. This is what I think, believe in, stand for.

I'm mostly doing this because I haven't done something like this before; and, well, I need to find my people.

I stand for a lot of things...

First off. Politically, I'm extremely far left. I share something quite liberal on facebook almost daily.

Art and Music. These are so important and will forever be a part of me. I don't think I will ever not be literally in love with art, music, and artistic expression. As an artist, I get frustrated when people are narrow-minded, and say that certain art and music is "bad" or "not even art". Because that's not possible. When art is made, that's the way it's supposed to be. If you tell me there are rules and certain things that must be done for music or other kinds of art to be "real art", you're taking away what I love about art. The simple fact that it CAN BE ANYTHING. As long as you are expressing yourself, making something. There are no rules.

Also, we all like art for different reasons! Say, your friend likes a certain genre of music because of the effect on the guitar, it's appealing and nostalgic to them. Or maybe, that guy on the corner downtown, playing the violin through amps with different distortion and looping effects. You can see the joy in his face. THAT is why he loves music. That music is amazing to him. Given the fact that we all love it for different reasons, we can see that there is NO SUCH THING as bad art or bad music. If you don't like a certain kind of music, you don't have to! As long as it means something to someone.

Realizing that, is just the beginning, because that is the one rule: THERE ARE NO RULES. Express yourself, however you want! :)

Also, I stand for LOVE. <3

Oh my, love. It is extremely powerful. You can't deny that.

The kind of love I'm talking about, though, is always there. It's what connects us all. And to tap into it, it starts with YOU.

For example, I wake up and decide my day will be good. I put a smile on my face. I talk to people more, support them, help them. Become genuinely interested in others, and how THEY are doing. When I do this, it creates a cycle of positivity and love, that will always come back to me in wonderful and sometimes unexpected ways. But I've learned that it's powerful... and it's always there, you just have to tap into it.

But you have to make the decision. To love, and be happy. To be outward, and care
