I am an archaeologist turned design ethnographer who loves experiencing different cultures & has an insatiable curiosity for learning what motivates people. Whether it’s through the study of objects of material culture or by conducting interviews and observations, understanding people has always been at the heart of what I do.

I practice ethnography to uncover what people are thinking, feeling and actually doing. I enjoy contributing to the development and improvement of products or services by translating those findings into comprehensible and actionable insights that help organizations understand what the wants and needs of their customers and stakeholders are.
