Lalaine Asuncion Bergonia

Lalaine currently works in Earthquake Megacities Initiative as a GIS Specialist and Training Facilitator. She prepares professional maps whether digital or print for 4 years and counting. "I want the Philippines to realize and to maximize its potential through the use of Geographic Information System (GIS)." Her field of expertise is digital cartography but wanted to hone her knowledge in Disaster Risk and Reduction Management. In non-working days, she could be located in a college library or bookstores. For 2014, she wants to pursue an environmental management graduate studies and volunteer her time to the affected communities.
