Originally from near Brighton in the south of England, i moved to France and eventually the Netherlands where i still live with my wife Sabine, and kids Archie & Lily.
In March 2012 i was made redundant from my job as ICT project manager in a call center and decided to open a bakery; Tilburg Sourdough which is in the center of Tilburg.
I spend most of my time either making or eating food of some kind.
