Lucy Barton is an organisational development consultant, facilitator and trainer. Passionate about helping organisations to operate more efficiently, she is skilled in organisational design, process improvement, employee relations and change management.
Having studied Psychology and Human Resource Management at Monash University in Australia, Lucy developed her skills working on organisational-wide HR projects across public, private and NGO sectors. Lucy has worked with various organisations in Timor-Leste since 2013 to develop their HR processes and staff and speaks Tetun.
As Managing Director of Lorosa’e Management Consulting, Lucy works with clients to identify HR solutions that save time and build staff capacity.
