I'm Co-Director of RecruitAbility Ltd who are an independent recruitment consultancy with offices in Bishop's Stortford, Cambridge & Chelmsford. We enable businesses to grow by finding them the great talent they need from a business support perspective eg PAs, Finance, Admin, Marketing and recently we have launched a digital marketing division.
I have 2 identities - I am Lucy Fowler when I'm at home and Lucy Gilmour by day when I'm at work! I was Lucy Gilmour for 30 years before I got married and somehow I can't seem to let it go! So 15 years later, I'm gradually easing myself into being Lucy Fowler all of the time!
When I'm not busy finding amazing talent for my clients, I love to write articles and blogs, learn about emerging technologies, digging around my family tree, listen to music and cook up delicious food - my fave being Thai!
But my most favourite thing in the whole world is spending time with my family, especially my son Tommy and my husband Jonny and our fabulous friends and ideally watching England win the rugby.
