In my life I've learned that true happiness comes from giving. Helping others along the way makes you evaluate who you are. Like Marla Gibbs, I have come to understand that true happiness comes from giving, Helping others along the way makes you evaluate who you are. I also think that love is what we're all searching for. I haven't come across anyone who didn't become a better person through love.

I am Lucy Betts, I am a Brand Manager who has given it all up for charity. In search of happiness, I have turned to other things that matter. I have turned to other ways of life that can bring fullfillment. I am a Volunteer and work with different NGOs across the globe to help bring poverty to an end. I know i could be helping CEOs become richer and helping them brand their life into success but i gave all that up when i realized that rich men will always be richer but children born in poor homes will always live their lives having it cling over their heads that they can never be better. I have given myself to helping children live a better life. I dont believe in causes that give children scholarships because even after that, not everyone of them can make it out of the life they were born into. I believe helping their parents is helping them and 'ICAfrica' makes this possible for them. (International Charity for Africa) is a Canadian NGO and charitable organization delivering community level poverty alleviation support through small enterprise economic development.

Harold Kushner once said that Caring about others, running the risk of feeling, and leaving an impact on people, brings happiness. Now thats what i have felt for a while now by caring for those less fortuned that need a reason to keep living regardless of what they are passing through.. Joe Manchin also made it clear that "Every child should have a caring adult in their lives. And that's not always a biological parent or family member. It may be a friend or neighbor. Often times it is a teacher" and i make sure i am that teacher they need to help them strong. So for everyone, I should tell you that Love is caring for everyone around you because that always makes a difference and you should know that beauty is not in a facial mode but true beauty is reflected in your soul. It is the care that you lovingly give, the passion that you show and thats all that matters afterall.
