Hello, I'm Lucy! I thank my terrible memory, akin to a kitchen sieve, for providing me with a great opportunity to become a paid writer. It has meant I've had a lot of practice with putting words on paper.

7+ years of travelling/backpacking/living abroad with the intention of building a grand network of international friendships has forged me into a compassionate and empathetic individual, with strong global competence, sound cultural awareness and sensitivity. I take pride in bringing these attributes into my work.

I’m a below average conversationalist (when my job doesn’t force me not to be) and an aspiring public speaker.

Which brings me back to why it’s a good thing that I can get my words to on paper, in ways that connect with and engage my reader.

I’m Head of Content & Community for Clap Global, a wonderfully unique and innovative Mumbai-based start-up connecting travellers and local children in classrooms. I also take on individual projects as a freelance writer and copywriter.

I have experience in blogging, feature writing, video and documentary scriptwriting and social media copy.
