Rudy Ludinata

Rudy Ludinata is a professionally accredited Certified Image Consultant with extensive experience in delivering high-impact training and advisory services in professional image, protocol, etiquette, and executive presence.

He received intensive training and formal accreditation through the Malaysian Skills Diploma (Image Consulting) under the Department of Skills Development (JPK), Ministry of Human Resources. He also holds the international credentials of Certified Professional Image Consultant (CPIC) and Certified Fine Dining Consultant (CFDC), and is an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer.

With a career spanning more than two decades, Rudy has successfully designed and conducted programmes for the public and corporate sectors in areas including Image Consulting, Social and Corporate Etiquette, Protocol Management, Public Speaking, Official Government Event Management, Public Relations, Customer Service Excellence, Entrepreneurship & Career Development and Strategic Social Media Marketing.

Rudy holds a Bachelor of Laws from Fukushima University, Japan, and began his professional journey with a leading East Asian airline, where he developed strong foundations in service excellence and international standards. His dedication and precision later led to his appointment as an Education Attache at the Embassy of Malaysia in Jakarta, Indonesia, followed by a long-standing leadership role as Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications in a government agency for over 20 years.

Throughout his career, Rudy has managed and coordinated high-level official events attended by Malaysia’s top dignitaries, including His Majesty the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, the Prime Minister, and Cabinet Ministers.

Today, Rudy is actively engaged as a trusted trainer and speaker, regularly invited by ministries, government departments, and agencies, as well as leading corporate organisations such as CIMB Bank, Bank Islam, RHB Bank, Maybank, PETRONAS, Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), Berjaya Sompo Berhad and PUNB, among others. He is widely recognised for his interactive training style and his ability to drive strong participant engagement.

In addition, Rudy serves as an External Verifier/Assessor for the Malaysian Skills Diploma (Image Consulting) programme under JPK. He has also contributed as a guest speaker on national radio and is the author of “77 Style Inspirations for Civil Servants".
