- Created in 2008, HomeLights Group was a global leader in LED (Light-Emitting Diode) lighting sources such as bulbs and spotlights. To finance our fast growth we have achieved 7 fundraising for a total of 7 millions € with 60 private investors and 2 VCs.

- Headquartered in France, HomeLights has established subsidiaries in several countries in Europe. Its Nantes (France) and Shanghai (China) Research, Development & Production centers create ever more innovative and efficient lighting products in compliance with the new European and worldwide standards.

- In September 2012 , Lucibel bought HomeLights and his BtoC knowledge. HomeLights became Lucibel Retail , division of Lucibel in charge or the BtoC channels.

- HomeLights still existing but only has a brand for retrofit LED light sources dedicated to BtoC market in Europe.
